Import Sport has horrible service. First they said that I had to return the 80 kg machine to them or they couldn't help me. Then they said that I could pay NIS 120 for a technician to come to my house but after many phone calls they agreed to lower the cost to NIS 80. But the technician is as undependable as Import Sport. He can only come when convenient for him. The first time I left work early because he said he was coming, then he didn't show up at all. When I called he said that he couldn't make it and would call me later which he never did. After more phone calls to Import Sport, the technician was supposed to come tonight, but of course, he didn't. And Import Sport billed me for the visit almost a month ago.Their customer service is only up to their front door.

After one month, this machine already started making noise as if something is broken inside. I'm afraid to see what it will be like in a year. The length is not 80cm as advertised, but 130cm. I bought it through an auction advertised as starting at NIS 99 but with a reserved price of at least NIS 2700. So the NIS 99 is nothing but a lie.

חוות דעת
אחד המוצרים שאני הכי נהנה מהם יש לי אותו שנתיים וחצי ואני מרוצה ממנו עד היום ולא יכול להפסיק להתאמן עליו.קצת יקר אבל כסף לא משקר שווה כל שקל.שקט, אמין ,נראה יפה, משוכלל מאוד .
